Because Jet tracks its own stock in real time, what a customer sees in the app is exactly what is available to ship. There are no last-minute substitutions, and no discovering an item is out of stock after paying for it.

Faster delivery doesn’t come with a markup. Jet sells at retail prices with no hidden fees, and only a minimal delivery charge applies.
Ordering, in practice
Jet currently delivers across most of Amman, with new zones opening as the warehouse network grows. Customers can pay by cash on delivery, card on delivery, or online payment, and can reach Jet’s customer service directly if anything about an order needs to change after placing it.
