Jet Groceries accepts three ways to pay for a grocery order in Amman: cash on delivery, card on delivery, or online payment in the app. You choose when you check out. Every method costs the same: Jet sells at retail prices with no hidden fees, there’s no minimum order value, and only a small delivery fee is added to each order.

Is online payment with Jet Groceries secure?
Yes. Online payments in the Jet Groceries app are processed by Telr, a UAE-based payment gateway (partnership announced in August 2026). Card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by Jet. If you’d rather not pay online at all, cash and card on delivery work exactly the same way.
Is there a minimum order or a delivery fee?
There’s no minimum order value, so a single item is a valid order. A minimal delivery fee applies to every order to keep delivery reliable. New customers get free delivery on their first 10 orders with the code JETMAN.
Are prices higher because delivery is fast?
No. Jet owns and stocks its own inventory of more than 4,000 products, so it doesn’t add a marketplace markup on top of a supermarket’s shelf price. Products are sold at retail prices, and what you see at checkout is what you pay. Here’s how Jet delivers groceries in minutes.

When can I order?
Jet delivers Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 11pm, and Friday from 10am to 10pm, across most of Amman.
