A Jet Groceries order goes through four steps: you shop in the app, you choose how to pay, Jet’s team packs the order in Jet’s own Amman warehouse, and a Jet courier brings it to your door in minutes. No outside supermarket is involved at any point. That’s the main reason Jet, Jordan’s first local Q-commerce app, is faster than marketplace delivery apps.
Step 1: Shop in the app
Browse more than 4,000 products (fresh produce, fresh bread, fresh chicken, dairy, drinks, snacks, baby essentials, and household items) at retail prices. Stock updates in real time, so everything you add to your basket is in the warehouse. There’s no minimum order value.
Step 2: Choose how to pay
Pay by cash on delivery, card on delivery, or online in the app (more on payment options). A minimal delivery fee is added. New customers get free delivery on their first 10 orders with the code JETMAN.
Step 3: Jet packs your order in its own warehouse
Your order goes straight to Jet’s warehouse team. Jet owns its inventory, so there’s no third-party store picking your items between its in-store customers, and there’s no middleman. (Inside the Jet Groceries warehouse.)
Step 4: A Jet courier delivers to your door
The packed order leaves the warehouse with a Jet courier and arrives in minutes. Jet delivers across most of Amman, Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 11pm and Friday from 10am to 10pm.
